Baked Potato Halves

I loooooooooooove potatoes.

It wasn't hard to fall in love with Yellow Cab's Baked Potato Halves.

So I decided to try them out at home.

You'll need the ff:

- potatoes (big ones!)
- cheese (cheddar cheese by Quickmelt has been my all time fave)
- bacon strips

- a knife
- an oven
- a pan
- a tray for your potato baking
- that thing you use for coconuts to carve their insides out hahaha

Now these instructions I think would be best done this way as compared to how I did it back then.

1. Slice your big potato in half.
2. Cut out or carve out the inside using that coconut thingo or use a knife or be resourceful haha.
3. Slice your bacon into bits.
4. Grate some cheese.
5. Cook the carved out potato in a pan to make it softer.
6. Once carved out potatoes are already good enough for mashing, mash them like cray.
7. Add oozing salted butter, a bit of salt, and a lot of pepper (or just as much as you want) into your mashed potato.
7. Put yo mashed potato into the carved out halves.
8. Start pre-heating the oven. (Maybe I should Google it some other time how how it should be hehe)
9. Sprinkle as much bacon bits desired on the mashed potatoes on the halved potatoes.
10. Cheese it for added happiness.
11. Place them in a tray (that's good to be placed inside an oven)
12. Place that tray of potato heaven inside the pre-heated oven.
13. Wait.
14. Once the cheese on top has already been melted perfectly, you may now take it out.

I suck in giving instructions.

Pears

Tomatoes

If there is a vegetafruit I could live on for the rest of my life, it would be tomatoes.

I usually eat this with salt or bagoong aka shrimp paste.

Banana Pancakes

Randomly made banana peanut butter pancakes because I wanted to include food in my final project for photography class back in college.

It's super easy to do.

You just need the ff:

- pancake mix
(White King has been my favorite ever since,
I honestly don't know why I think it's because it tastes so ... milky sweet? Haha)
- eggs
- milk
- bananas
- peanut butter
- syrup

Then go follow the instructions on the box. Ha ha.

*Banana Pancakes of Jack Johnson would be perfect to play in the background*
